FAQ's

Q. Do you offer a free trial?

A. We don't offer a free trial passè, we need all participants to have registered on the system so that we have all relevant information to safely run the course and safeguard the young person. However, if after the first class you find that it is not for you, let us know within 24hrs and we will provide a full refund.

Q. Can parents watch?

A. Yes, absolutely. We run an open Gym which means parents and carers are more than welcome to stay and watch. Equally you are equally welcome to drop them off and nip out for that little bit of shopping etc.

Q. Do you provide lunch?

A. No, for Camps where gymnasts are staying all day you are required to provide a packed lunch and plenty of non-fizzy fluids. We run a tuck shop at lunchtimes so please send your gymnasts in with some pennies if they want to buy treats. £1 is generally considered to be more than enough. For Mini Camps where the gymnasts only stay for a couple of hours, please provide a health snack and a non-fizzy drink.

Q. Can we provide nuts and nut based products as snacks ands within packed lunches?

A. No. We are a Nut Free Zone and are strictly nut free. Nuts or nut based products will be removed and disposed of.

Q. What should my gymnast wear to the activity?

A. Please avoid baggy t-shirts, jeans, dresses and skirts. Leotards, unitards, shorts, leggings and sports wear are perfect. All gymnasts should take part either bear foot, or wearing gymnastics shoes. Trampoline and grip socks are not allowed to be worn for gymnastics. Long hair should be tied up and earrings should either be removed or covered with earring tape.

Q. Is there a notice period if I decide to cancel my Weekly Class Subscription?

A. You can cancel your subscription by providing notice in writing to theteam@futuregymnastics.co.uk a minimum of 3 working days before your next Billing Cycle. You will continue to have access to the activity through the end of your current billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused sessions.

Q. Do Weekly Classes stop for half terms?

A. Future Gymnastics endeavour to deliver 48 classes in the year September - August, but monthly pricing is based on an average of 46 classes a year. We therefore run through half terms and schools holidays. We close for Bank Holidays, Christmas and and for a couple of weeks towards the end of August.

Q. Can we join half way through a term?

A. Yes. Providing there are places available, you can start at any point. We cannot hold places, so you need to be available to start immediately. If a class is full, please click the "notify me" button and our system will notify you when a space becomes available.

Q. What is your ratio, Coaches to gymnasts?

A. We work to a minimum best practice ratio of 1:8 although on most occasions there will be more Coaches on site than necessary bringing the ratio right down.
